Studebaker Legal Services has provided the finest in legal services since forming in August of 2004.


Kimball Christensen, Esq. graduated from New England Law Boston, passed the Bar exam and was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2013.  After passing the Bar exam, Kim returned to Boston where he earned a Post-Doctorate Master of Laws degree in Health Law and Policy.  Kim and his family moved to Utah in late 2014 intending to settle roots and make Utah their permanent home.


Kim works in the area of family law and bankruptcy with an emphasis on helping clients who are facing stressful legal issues to be able to solve their needs




Attorney Mike Studebaker has been involved in many high profile cases and was lead attorney in a cold murder case which attracted national attention. Mike is one of a very select group of attorneys to argue before the United State Supreme Court.


Mike is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, Utah Supreme Court, United States District Court, District of Utah, Tenth Circuit Court Of Appeals & the Ninth District Court of Appeals.

Mike grew up in a single parent family and has seen first hand how it is necessary to have a lawyer on your side. At our office we offer compassionate legal services and speak as an advocate for our clients in a complex system. At our office you are not just a number,  but are a person with legal needs that need met.


In 1992 Mike enlisted in the United States Army and served for 7 years as a combat engineer. While serving he graduated from University of the State of New York. He received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2002.
